This year the exams were conducted from February 20 to March 20 in two shifts: morning and evening. In the morning shift the exam started from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and in the evening shift it started at 13:30 pm and ended at 16:30 pm. A total of 3,42,869 students had registered for the 12th class examination this year. There are 2.72 million students registered for Arts, 47,485 for Science and 20,907 for Commerce.
In 2022, the exam started from March 15 and ended on April 12 in two shifts. In the first shift, the exam was held from 9:00 to 12:00, in the second shift from 13:30 to 16:30. The practical exams were conducted from February 21 to March 10 and the results were declared on June 27.
