1) If you are not already an Apple Developer, sign up by paying $99 per year.
2) Go to the Settings app running on iOS version 16.4.
3) Click on General < Software Update.
4) Click on “Beta Updates” and select “Developer Beta”.
5) Find iOS 17 Developer Beta and download it.
6) You should now be able to access the iOS 17 Developer Beta.
