Home and Away star Orpheus Pledger has just delighted fans with his new Instagram video.
The young star got out his rig for the ‘gram, proudly showing off his “absticles” while adjusting himself.

“Oh absticles!” he exclaimed while flexing for the camera.
On a more serious note, the 27-year-old star went on to explain his newfound diet.
“Since going vegetarian, I tell you what, I’ve been able to lean down quicker. I feel very very energised. I feel 100 per cent all the time. I mean it takes a few seconds to gee up, but I’m geed up pretty quick.”
“It feels really good to not eat animals. I wouldn’t eat your cat! So why would I eat bloody animals?”
He shared the same video on his story with the caption: “My diet is vegetarian and I’m getting bigger and stronger than when I ate meat”.
It comes as the hunky star debuted his new girlfriend late last year.
Pledger posted a series of photos cosying up to model Jacinda Gulen on his Instagram in October.
“Orpheus is the most happiest I’ve seen him in a while. He has been isolating with his new girl,” a source told Daily Mail Australia.
The actor, most well known for his role as Mason Morgan on Home and Away, was previously dating model Bella Rogers.
