A tense video has captured the horrible moment a little girl fell from a high-rise apartment balcony.
The little girl, 3, was seen clambering over the railing of the balcony as concerned onlookers watched on in Hanoi, Vietnam.
A woman who filmed the event and can be heard panicking, as the little girl climbed onto the wrong side of the balcony, before she dangled from the rails.

As the little girl hung over the street, terrified onlookers can be heard screaming in the shocking video. The little girl then let go, falling 12 storeys into the street below.
The girl miraculously managed to survive the fall – after being caught by delivery driver Nguyen Ngoc Manh, who had been standing outside the building.
Nguyen Ngoc Manh, 31, had been waiting outside the building to deliver food when he heard screaming, local newspaper Tuoi Tre reported.
He acted quickly and was able to catch the three-year-old, who was hospitalised after the fall.
The little girl suffered a dislocated hip during the fall but her condition was otherwise stable. The driver suffered a sprain.
He is being hailed a hero in local news reports for his quick thinking.
